What payment options do you accept?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal


What is “Flat Rate Shipping”?  “Flat Rate shipping” is a “flat fee” option that you can select during checkout. This “flat fee” is one shipping charge that covers EVERYTHING in your cart.  For example, if you order 2 items and select “flat rate”, it will be the same cost as if you order 10 items and select “flat rate”.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship our products.

U.S.A. $5

Canada $10

International: $15

When will my order ship?  Generally we ship all orders the same business day or next business of the order (unless otherwise noted within the product description).  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will generally get shipped out the next business day (usually Monday with the exception of USPS observed holidays).


Where is my tracking number? Once we have shipped your order, your tracking number will be located in the “Order Notes” section of your order.

Please note: For International orders, this USPS tracking number will only inform you that your order has left the U.S. and when it has been successfully delivered.


What can I do if I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?  If you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address please contact us ASAP at
Are customs charges or duties included in shipping costs?  No. Customs charges or duties are NOT included.  Customs charges, taxes and tariffs vary with each country. You can research each country’s taxes and tariffs on imported items HERE:


Can you mark my international order as a “gift” to avoid the extra charges? No we can not.
